DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Skiva offers standard ‘Free Shipping’ on all products ordered for delivery within US. Product delivery will be done through reputed courier service providers like USPS, UPS etc. so it’s always safe.

Skiva shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any product booked on the Website is shipped within 3 business days from date of booking of order (prior to 2:00 PM CST), subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the Product(s).

The company shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of product due to circumstances beyond the control of the company, provided, the company takes all required necessary steps to ensure shipping of the product within above mentioned time-line.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Skiva offers ‘DHL Express Worldwide’ and ‘USPS Priority Mail International’ service for International Customers (outside US). Shipping fee will be charged as per the actual fee charged by the shipping company.

Customs Value: The company is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments. Skiva will not be able to honor any requests to adjust the actual value of an order for the customs documentation.

Customs Duties and Taxes: Customer’s local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country.Customers will be responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by their local government.

CANCELLATIONS

Skiva tries to ensure that orders can be shipped and fulfilled as early as possible. Unfortunately, this means that Skiva cannot cancel the orders once processed. If you do need to cancel an order, please contact our support team at support@skivatech.com. If we're not able to prevent your order from shipping, and as long as your product is unopened, we'll set up a return for refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return postage.

RETURNS POLICY

Skiva stands 100% behind all of its products. All products purchased from the website will enjoy thirty (30) days return window. We will accept merchandise returns subject to the guidelines below. As per your option, we will replace the product or refund your payment.

If the End User returns a product (a “Returned Item”) for any reason, the End User must comply with the following requirements:

  1. Contact Skiva to obtain an RMA Number by emailing customer service department at support@skivatech.com. A Returned Item returned to Skiva without a valid RMA Number may be rejected by Skiva;
  2. Within 30 days of obtaining the RMA Number, the End User must send the Returned Item freight pre-paid and insured to Skiva Technologies, Inc., 8330 Sterling St, Irving TX 75063. Freight collect or COD returns cannot be accepted.;
  3. A Returned Item must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit and must include the original invoice and carton label with the Skiva Part Number and the UPC Bar Code. Product must be returned in the original packaging carton and materials. A Returned Item improperly shipped to Skiva voids all warranties;
  4. The RMA Number must be visible on the outside of the package. Any return without a valid RMA number is subject to refusal by Skiva;
  5. In the event if user, on removing the packaging of the Product, finds that the Product is damaged or defective or is different from the Product that was ordered, user shall intimate about it within 30 days to the customer service department at support@skivatech.com. The Company shall arrange for the replacement of the product or refund of price of the Product; and
  6. The End User agrees that Skiva is not responsible for any loss or damage to a Returned Item sustained in transit
